Precautions for maintenance and replacement
When replacing the compressor, it is necessary to ensure that the voltage, the number of pulley grooves, and the size of the clutch are compatible with the original model. Standardized installation process: Before installing a new compressor, an appropriate amount of PAG or POE-specific refrigeration oil should be added. When connecting the pipelines, apply refrigeration oil to the sealing ring and then tighten the bolts according to the torque. Before adding refrigerant, it is necessary to evacuate the air for more than 30 minutes to remove the moisture in the system. R134a model refrigerant should be preferred. The amount of refrigerant added should comply with the model standard. Too much or too little will affect the service life of the compressor.
